Aiden spent years working as a laser technician, building a reputation for safe, effective treatments and genuinely caring about his clients. But behind the scenes, the admin was a nightmare. Consent forms printed and filed in folders. Appointment notes scrawled on paper. Software that was built for general salons — not for the specific demands of laser and aesthetic clinics.
Every day he'd spend precious time hunting for client records, manually chasing paperwork, and worrying whether his compliance documentation would hold up if it was ever scrutinised. He tried every software option on the market. None of them got it right.
So he built his own. LaserCare Pro is the platform Aiden wished had existed when he was in the treatment room — purpose-built for laser technicians, with compliance, consent, and client safety baked in from day one.
